We realize not everyone will be satisfied with their order. If you wish to return an item, please check the cases below to see where you qualify.
Case: Product has been damaged or is malfunctioning
Qualifies for: Repair or replacement (for products purchased from Orangemonkie within the last year. For products purchased through a distributor, please contact them directly.)
How to complete: Take a video of the issue using your smartphone and email it to support.us@orangemonkie.com. Be sure to include details about the problem so we can help you.
Case: Order was placed but has not yet shipped
Qualifies for: Full refund
How to complete: Send an email to support.us@orangemonkie.com and include your order number.
Case: You received the shipment (within last 30 days) but have not opened the product
Qualifies for: Full refund, minus the cost of return shipping
How to complete: Send an email to support.us@orangemonkie.com and include your order number.
Case: You received the shipment (within last 30 days) and products are used (i.e. you have opened the product box)
Qualifies for: Refund minus return shipping fee and restocking fee (15% of purchase value)
How to complete: Send an email to support.us@orangemonkie.com and include your order number.
Note that we do not offer returns for:
– Items purchased more than 30 days ago
– Items purchased on sale or part of a promotion
If you are unsatisfied with your Foldio purchase from the Orangemonkie online shop for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund through our 30 Day Guarantee policy. We will gladly accept returns of an unworn/uncovered/unsealed/undamaged (not physically broken or damaged) product with all accessories in its original box/packaging within 30 days from purchase for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, handling, taxes, and promotional discounts. The return shipping charges from the Customer to the Company will be that of the Customer.
Extra Backdrop kits are not covered by the returns policy since they are considered consumable material.
The return policy is not applicable if returned more than 30 days after purchase or if items exhibit wear-and-tear.
During sale/promotional period (including events), returns are not available on reduced merchandise. To return a product not purchased from our online store, please refer to the original place of purchase.
Please note that items are your responsibility before they reach our office, we advise you to securely package the items in bubble wrap and send them in a padded/secure box to prevent damage. It is also recommended to use a postal service that insures you for the value of items you are returning. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item.
We generally don’t accept exchanges of products without appropriate reasons by mutual agreement both Orangemonkie and Customers. We can only accept exchanges of an originally defective product (not physically broken or damaged ) with all accessories and in its original box/packaging within 30 days from purchase.
If you received a defective product that exhibits damage not associated with normal wear, we will be happy to replace and ship it back to you at no cost provided that your product is returned with proof and date of purchase.
The return policy is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accidents (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alterations, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage.
